About the Villa

Villa Makai is a 1,614 sq. ft. luxury vacation home built on a secluded one-acre property where you can enjoy absolute privacy and tranquility without any neighbors. It is named after the Hawaiian word “Makai” which means “towards the ocean”. With its breathtaking ocean views and the surrounding lush jungle canopy, this home is a very unique tropical escape.

Villa Makai is a two-level 2-bedroom modern home. The main level of the home is an open-concept living and kitchen area, which opens up to a spacious outside patio, a lush tropical garden and a private pool. The living room and kitchen are both very comfortable and they are cooled throughout the day by the fresh ocean breezes and ceiling fans. The garden offers a sunny dining area with an incredible view out towards the ocean and its beautiful sunsets. There is also a bathroom on the main level with a beautiful open-air shower. Two private bedrooms and bathrooms are located on the upper level of the villa. Both bedrooms are fully furnished with high quality king sized beds and air-conditioning for your sleeping comfort. From your bed, you will start each new day with a breathtaking ocean view overlooking the Costa Rican jungle. The two en-suite bathrooms also have ocean views.
